If money were no object, I'd probably keep going along the same route.  But I'd add maybe a little more lift so I could fit a front custom 9"/D60 front axle and I'd run bigger tires than I'm planning now.

Unlike all the other people wanting to swap out their suspension or entire truck, I started with a Jeep so it's already the best out there...

I agree with i5sfe.......I would start over with a new rig.  I probably will.  I have my hands on a straight clean 1990 Nissan big cab truck.  I will probably be transfering everything to it.  I really want doors again.

one ton axle swap w/ 4.88 gears, atlas t-case, exo cage, custom bumpers, supercharger, replace interior with a more offroad friendly version, and last but not least a bds long arm conversion with front coil overs and a 5" shackle flip and zero rates in back.

A 6" longarm susp. with a hydro-assist steering with electric lockers and build a custom rear bumper.    And of course scatch resistance paint.    Then buy a Dodge diesel to pull it with.

Fire suppression:  Who ever thinks of it in our sport?  Sprint car and other home-brew/grass roots automotive racing teams think about stuff like that.  Only in our hobby do we see people taking oem equipment beyond its limits i think.

Fire Supression Systems.

Good idea, fair price (especially when compared to the cost of replacing a rig+mods). If only the sami had some extra room.

would have kept Zilla and dumped another 5 - 6 grand into it...then I could have ran up anything I pointed it at and not worry about breakage any more....

Or maybe buy a brand new Rubicon JK with a hard top...put a 3" lift and 35"s on it and be done....I kinda' dig that orange/copper metallic color
