good 351w out of a 78 ltd $100

I have a 351w out of a ford ltd the engine ran just fine when pulled the reason we pulled it was because it was leaking oil from rear main seal and valve cover so instead of the guy having me fix the leaks he went and bought a complete rebuilt motor with valve covers intake carb and headers. so this engine will come with dist, carb, valve covers, intake, and stock exhaust manifolds. this engine was running smooth and perfect when pulled I had to switch the oil pans so the pan is off but you will be getting the oil pan as well. I checked the lower end out and it looks good just dirty prob due to the fact its got 140k on it. its gonna need a timing chain there was a little slack in it. overall it looks like a decent motor and would probably last for a lot longer if it had a little tlc.
