ZJ shopping....

Can anyone point me in a good direction for info regarding what year ZJ’s had mechanical/electrical issues? I have read ONCE that the I6’s have POOR engine cooling as well as HUGE gas guzzlers and the V8’s are horrible for injectors/fuel (re-runs of the blazer are NOT wanted lol) I got the performance and fuel specs for both I6’s and V8’s and just would like to know what is worth spending the money on… Thanks in advance.
