Whats up guys and gals! Friday, November 04, 2011 2:48 PM (permalink)
Just introducing myself,
I joined about a year and a half ago and came out to 1 of the monthly meetings but havent been doing much with my rig since then. I am wanting to do a little more wheeling before the little one gets here (due in april) and I have no time at all. I have a 1990 Isuzu trooper with 4.77's and locked in the front with 33's and some other little goodies but nothing to crazy. Not really into the rock crawling, I am more into camping and such. Looking forward to doin some wheeling!

Welcome.   There are other Families that wheel and as for me I discovered things break when you push it too far so I just go to have fun and enjoy the camaraderie

Thats what I am more into also, but the Chevy is a work in progress and hopefully within the next couple months I will have the lift on it and come tax return the winch bumper is going on. I just got my exhaust in today so thats going on next week when I get a chance to go to the house and pick it up.

yea im not really into getting body damage and dont want to break stuff, kids are expensive enough dont need to add any more expenses. I would rather go around the big rock then break something or dent something. Plus my rig is a bit top heavy and not really ment for that.

WHAT!!!! Dont like body damage or breaking stuff??? Thats what wheeling is all about lol, bringing your rig home and finding that you cracked an axle u-joint cap, dented in your oil pan, and bent a tie rod is half the fun lol.

I feel your pain! Especially since my Jeep is also my daily driver. I take it relatively easy too.
