This pretty much says it all.

If you can't get to it, let me know and I'll paste it into a post here on this board...

Thank you keith. I feel that we agree with the toyota folks and have the same rules here at dfw-tx4wd.
I for one wish we could change this, but I have not put anytime towards this. Thanks to those who have.

Kevin is right this club doesnt support illegal wheeling.  We are 100% in the same mind set as the toyota group.

This kind of activity brings a cloud over our sport, casts us as lawbreakers and hellraisers.  Does not bode well when cases arise concerning land access.

If someone came onto my propery uninvited, drinking beer, and tearing up the place, I would SHOOT THEM!

Where's your front yard, Clint? And that way I wouldn't scratch my Jeep.

There are some fun trails out there, too bad it isn't a legal place to wheel. Before I got involved with this club I used to wheel there quite a bit (didn't know any better), back when the Taco was a stocker. Sorry to say that I wheeled there a few years back too, never ever again though.

I've heard of $700 fines being handed out...that there is a set of tires, or almost anyway...

Bottom line... it is just plain wrong to wheel there.

I did not mean to come off as holier than though on the topic.

After having my property violated last week (jeep break-in) I am pretty touchy on the subject of property.

I have been to 360.  Also a long time ago (10 years).  I justified it, choosing to believe it was railroad land as a friend had told me.  Now I know better too.

My step-nephew recently got arrested for taking a truck out there 4-wheeling, crashed it beyond repair, so he set it on fire and claimed it as stolen.  The authorities came down on him hard!   He may slide but it has cost him dearly.

I had told a friend to go out there and ride their 4 wheeler. The way they chose to go in was off of main street in Euless. At the entrance was a tarrent county sheriff and a state trooper turning people around and telling them to go over to the industrial complex on the other side of 360 telling them to go ride over there. I dont get why they just didnt tell them they couldnt ride there. I will never understand law enforcement.

even though im a teenage kid, i can honestly say that ive never been wheeling out there... to far away, illegal, and dangerous... its too bad that all the "local" fourwheeling spots are off limits to trucks and jeeps, luckily my buddy has some land out in aledo and ranger i can go out and get stuck in... but nothing challenging... is there any legal place to go fourwheeling around here anymore

thats only about a 30-45 minute drive?

There is absolutely no place to wheel around here.

Hopefully Bridgeport will finish up soon.

All the land around here is too expensive.  Property developers own it all now.  You can drive an hour from Bedford before you get to the country, and that land is all flat.
