I went to Gilmer with a couple of old high school friends.

Was it as jacked up for you guys who went last weekend?

The park was so muddy, it took $24 in tokens at the car wash to get it clean-ish. The bunny trails, some of them, have 8 foot crevices in them. It was nuts.

I will try to post some pics...

Yes, quite muddy when we got there Friday but got ten times worse by mid day saturday.  To many people tearing up the trails and stuff.  We were strapping people up the access road back by Any Given Sunday.  It was bad.

I got stuck in a mudhole back by On Any Sunday, it took us an hour to get out of it.

My winch solenoid is jacked up. Only one side works. So, I had to reverse the poles at the solenoid twice to get it going.

are right near the wooden bridge between Any Given Sunday and Angry Jeep.

It was not bad when we came down, but an hour later and after a dozen others struggled up, when we got back around the loop it was so dug out and slick it should have had a few diamonds.

Probably the same hole...or the one to the right after you exit the sunday loop, headed back up towards Linda Gail.

I could not tell for sure from the pics. Where we were was right in front of a bridge, but not the one headed out to Angry Jeep and XTerra camp: that one was nasty for sure. The one we hit was somewhere near the entrance to Sunday from the other direction. I got high centered on some dirt that I though would be softer like the mud around it. It was a good trip
