SHILOH RIDGE SPRING RODEO

OK FOLKS ITS TIME FOR THE SPRING TRUCK (and jeeps) AT SHILOH RIDGE IN ALTO TEXAS. THE WEEKEND OF APRIL 15, 16 AND 17.  WE HAVE PLENTY OF CAMPING AREA AND WILL BE RUNNING THE EVENTS ON SATURDAY AROUND NOON. LOTS OF TRAIL RIDING TO DO. AND SOME ROCK CLIMBING AS WELL. COME OUT AND WATCH US TEAR OUR S**T UP. AND EVEN PARTICIPATE. WE WILL BE LEAVING MANSFIELD AROUND 2:00 ON THURSDAY THE 14TH. YALL CAN COME ANY DAY YOU WANT. HOOK UP WITH US AND FOLLOW US OUT THERE IF YOU WANT.
 

We will be there. Hopefully I will have my new motor installed and maybe a new Winch. We have had blast at every truck rodeo we have gone to. There is tons of trails ranging from mild to wild and as of the nov. truck rodeo I found alot more trails that I would like to check out this time around. Look forward to see all of y'all out there.

It's AWESOME!!!! RUTZ and Money Pit are the only ones that run in the competitions so sign up cause your sure to win something even if your stock. They give awards for 1st 2nd and 3rd place. Show up Early like Thursday and bring lots of fluids.

Website just updated. Looks like its going to be a blast!!! Live music Friday and Saturday night and some other cool "contests" to watch besides watching me break something while racing my screaming V6 on the drag strip.

Really city slicker? There's a Holiday Inn up the road that supplies soap, shampoo, and lotion. Most of these showers have leftover bars of soap anyways. Just peal the hairs off. It ain't no big deal. Concrete floors and walls full of peep holes are a plus. Or you can just NOT take a shower.....ain't that true CountryBoy?

Or you can take a dip in one of there luxury open air bath tubs, ain't that right Tonto!!

HAHA. I dont care about the showers. Just the Toliets!!!!!!!!!

OK who has a good camping gear list?  I have given away most of my stuff before I moved out here to Texas in part out of kindness and in part to force me to get new ****!  What do I need for shiloh?

tent, plenty of spare clothes, sleeping bag, flash light, cooler with drinks, food, firewood, toilet paper, and good sense of humor

There's nothing wrong with a mud bath. It's therapeutic. Better than no bath at all right CountryBoy?

CountryBoy doesn't shower and I fell into a mudhole that just about swallowed my rig. The mud pits out there are like iceburgs, little on top but they can be HUGE underneath. As long as you don't get pulled out by a girl you should be fine right Moneypit?

I went and bought a big 8 person party tent today on the way to get some new wheels.  Electricity at the camp?  Sweet!
You know the romans used oil to get all the dirt off.  Olive oil yeah but isnt that kinda like 5w20 or something?
