New to Site, New to Dallas, and new to Jeeping

Hello! I'm new here. I currently live in Fort Smith, Ar (Go Hogs!) but I am moving to Addison, TX on Friday. About two months ago I bought my first Jeep Wrangler, though I've been a co-pilot on some pretty heavy duty off-roading for years, I've just new driven my own jeep. I recently graduated the UofA - Fort Smith with a Business Administration degree and I'm coming down to Dallas to start a career (if anyone can help out in that area, as well, holler at me). I just wanted to join up with this site and get some ideas on building up my Jeep (will be a slow process, especially until I find a job) and maybe get some ideas for some recreational fun. Maybe eventually meet some of you guys out on the trails. My new Jeep is a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara.

Glad to see you made it here. You will have loads of fun with the new JK, there are tons of things you can do in it stock and the sky is the limit after that. Hope to meet you soon!

Welcome. I always suggest armor first. Protect the body and other vulnerable pieces first, as these up-grades are some of the few that actually pay for themselves many times over. On the pre-'12 JKs, an evaporator canistor skid or relocation bracket is one of the first things to do, IMO. It is relatively inexpensive and not difficult to do; especially compared to replacing the evaporator canister. Just so that you are aware; it will become a sickness. You have been warned
