New Posting pictures

I was wondering. I saw only one time when I was starting a new thread...I was able to select multiple images to upload at one time. Is that still possible? when can you do that?

I've only been able to do it by posting the img code over from photobucket. But that means you have to upload all your pics to photobucket which takes time. Kind of a pain.
