Dogone Ed, get that cut healed up soon, they staple or sew you? There goes the 6 pack, but really glad they have found some of your pain problem.

Thanks for the well wishes, fellas.  And Keith, sorry I missed your call, man.  I got your message - thanks!  Luckily, my cousin has been staying with me so I have him on gopher duty.  I also have my g/f as a pseudo-nurse and her Mom just made me some home-made chicken soup, so I'll be surviving just fine.
 
And Gordon, no stitches or anything that I know of.  The way they do it now is they stab you in 4 places, making 4 little holes, and they pull the whole gall bladder out through one of 'em.  Don't know or understand exactly how it's done, but that's what the surgeon tried to explain.  Don't know if it hurts any less with the recovery or whatnot, but so far the pain ain't too bad.

That sounds good Ed, now maybe no gut problems for a few years.
Guess the next thing, after you catch up at work, is to set " The Ed Wheeling Run" date in April, just go for an easy run up and down the trails. While it's still not to hot out.
