MR07 done!!!!!!

Just wanted to pass along that my family and I survived another Megarun. That makes two. We all had a blast. The trails were in really good shape concidering the shape they were in a month ago. I lead Mild #2, we had a great bunch of guys, several from Houston, one couple from Longview, Gordon in the am, and several more I forget who all. Great group, we rode some 2 diamond trails all morning. After lunch we went looking for a bit more trouble, ending up with a run through Spyder Ravine. Big fun, and a great group. Thanks to all the guys and gals that comprised Mild #2 for a great event.

It was a great time, Chris. I led a Wild group AM and PM. AM we ran: ======== Spider Ravine - Somebody broke a D35 axle shaft. Billy and a few others helped get him fixed. David ran to find a spare shaft. Jeep Eater L&B Turnpike Saturday Night Live Sunday Cruise PM we ran: ======== Jerry Paul Expressway Politician Binder Blvd Twister Chaos Canyon I am still pumped from MR. Can we do it again next weekend?

I had the best time I have had in years. I feel the event was a huge success. I will post more later when I am not so worn out. My face is sunburned and wind blown. Thanks to every one that came out and played and thanks to all the help put it together.

I had an absolute blast! I think this was the best MegaRun ever since I have been in this great club! I led an impromptu group on the AM run and we had a great time running Binder BLVD Politician- Had the Yellow CJ do a backflip and then roll over sideways twice at then end.We actually got him back together and ready to finish trail riding in 45 minutes! I will get the pictures from friends at JOCO jeepClub so yall can see the carnage JeepyHollow/CM drive/Old Town Tro < these trails all run together since some parts have been close for erosion control. Then I co-led the PM trailride ( I broke the axle shaft mid day ) with a good friend from JOCO JeepClub ( way to go Paula! ) and we ran all the morning trails backwards to what we ran them that morning PLUS did most of sunday cruz ( I forgot how fun that ravine is! ). The format for this years Megarun was the best by far AND I can guarantee that all the JOCO folks plus more I am sure will be back next year for more fun! Thank you all for your hard work and thanks for making this a memory that I will cherish for years to come!

This was the best mega run that I have been to so far, the new formatt gave everyone a chance to play and not have to work too hard. I want to thank everyone that put this together for all of there hard work and effort. It would have not been a sucess without the great people that came out to support this event. I met alot of new people, and had a blast with old friends, I am looking forward to next year!! MEGA RUN 07 ROCKED!!!!!
Phillip, Bailey,Alyssa, Collin, Aiden, Andrew Liedtke I am now Jeepless :( But not for long new project soon to come!!!
