Well the bad news is my front diff is not engaging the front tires. The good news is at least I don't have to contemplate whether or not I'm ready to upgrade the front diff. Still trying to get it working by Oct. 15 so I can join in on the qaurtely meeting.

Not sure how exactly the hubs work, but it does not appear the shafts are turning to reach the hubs. Correct me of my ignorance (not knowing how the hubs work) but you can see where the shaft should be turning before it reaches the hub. (Dana 30 front)

But I'll definately check the hubs

Sounds like the hubs, just spin the dial in the middle of the wheels to "lock" and see what does. Im gonna bet though that there packed with mudd and bad greese and should be rebuilt. If you do this yourself, and have never done this, be careful, because if you do it wrong it could all fall apart as you go down the road. if you need help, come over and we can go through it.
Warn hubs are the hardest in my mind. I hade them on my blazer and had to constinly rebiuld them, mudd and water!

I've got warn hubs on my Toyota and they are a piece of cake to rebuild. Only problem I've had out of mine is the nuts that hold them on tend to loosen up every few months

You should be able to lock the hubs one at a time and then reach into the c area and spin the shafts if they don't spin the hubs are locked if they do spin the hub didn't lock.
