i heard not to port anything exhaust side of the engine, including around the turbo flange. because you want it harder for exhaust to seep back into the engine? i dunno how to explain it. i hope you understand and i dont look like a tool

The differences in porting. Exhaust...you want it out. The larger the better. Intake; You got 2 issues. No porting at head and lower intake...Creates lower end horse power minus engine spin up. Porting at head...creates the oposite. Higher engine spin up and top end horse power.

I may be wrong about the exhaust on a turbo though. I guess with the back pressure the turbo is creating there is a chance the motor will choke up on idle and low RPM's? Right?

Time for the Stroker motor. Going to use a 2.5L crank, chevrolet rods, and billet pistons. Isky cam and springs, bore out .30 over and shave the deck and head. [image]local://480/2E93E504F8EF4AEF88F1879073F56F29.jpg[/image]

I think I've heard you say that before. You sound like a broken record. Oh yeah that is the sound your rig makes when it goes "KA-PROW"
