Elections

It's that time of the year, elections are upon us again!
First off, a huge thank you to this years officers.  We appreciate all the hard work.
 
Up for election this year:
President
Treasurer
3 Board of Directors positions
 
These positions carry a 2 year term
 
In addition, our VP Tyler Springfield is finally graduating and will be stepping down.  Please wish him well as he moves to east Texas and joins the working world.  As a result, we will also be electing someone to fill the second year of Tyler's term as VP.
 
There are three board members that are mid term, meaning they are not up for election this year...but if any of these three accept nomination and win the President or half term VP position, the fourth and possibly fifth position winner for BOD elections will get a 1 year term to fill the vacant spot.
 
So here is the timeline and process:
Now thru April 15th: Nominations.  Nominate yourself, nominate someone else.  Send a PM to Squeaky to make a nomination or let us know at the April club meeting.  Please send Real Name, Forum name and position.
April 16-28: We will attempt to contact nominees for their agreement to run.  If you do not accept a nomination you will not be on the ballot.
April 29-May 12: Voting via the forum
May 13: Winners will be announced at the May club meeting and on the forum.

All nominations should be PM'd to me (Squeaky) by Friday.  So far the only nominations have come from the meeting last week...anyone, anyone, anyone?

Ok, the voting booths have been set up.  Head on over to the Garage and cast your votes for the new BOD.  Voting runs through May 12.
