Any of you guys ever use this or seen it used. I"m thinking about setting this up in my 24x30 shop. I don't have insulation so that's why I was thinking about doing the double setup. THANKS, TONTO

Didn't know you had a barrel stove. It looked like something from the 1800's. I have the single kit already. Picking up barrel tomorrow. We'll see how it works, and maybe I want it warmer. Saturdays are work naked shop days.

Also, if you pipe completely through the top barrel you can cut a hole and add a blower. Makes a huge difference in the heat coverage.

rutz79 WHY DO THE DOUBLE? MINE IS A SINGLE AND KEEPS MY 30 X 30 PRETTY COZY. HAD IT UP TO 62 DEGREES LAST NIGHT. MY SHOP IS NOT INSULATED EITHER. Running the smoke through the second barrel gets a lot more heat out of it before it goes out the chimney. You don't have to burn as much wood that way. When I was at scout camp in the winter in Iowa they heated the big hall with just one of those. It was plenty.

Well I got it setup and it just finished burning most of the paint off. Looks pretty nice and the smoke is clearing just fine.
