Don't know. I do know there are apparently a few other clubs interested in sponsoring a site though.

Charlie thank you for helping give us this great opportunity!
I'll second that, thanks Charlie  Michelle and I have spent many a day wheelin at Gilmer and enjoyed many good times camping at the old campground in years past...even put in a work day or two clearing new camp sites there. It's great to see that BMRA and the old campground will be put to good use and enjoyed once again...great to finally see an organization with class leadership have the opportunity to take over the reins and run with it....havn't been to Gilmer since March '09 and really looking forward to good times once again!
