Just don't have anything polished there. I dropped off a set of wheels, he gave me a price, I came back on Friday when they were supposed to be ready and he hadn't even started on them. He said he would have them ready the next afternoon, called him to verify they were ready and he said he was leaving for the day and hadn't touched them. I will not recommend him to anyone and will voice my negative experience.

Dave, glad it worked  out for ya.

Did you ask for an explanation? Did he offer one?
I know its human nature to remember bad experiences better, but Jeremy and Dave both seem to have had good experiences with the guy.

He did a good job and was reasonable on pricing, they are not very organized though so I can see how they would forget to do something.

They are nice people though and I would rather let them detail my vehicle then a couple of teens at car lovers any day!

He didn't forget, he simply said he didn't want to do it. The fact he didn't want to do it isn't the issue, It's the way he handled it that was poor. I had a time frame to work in and relayed that to him. He said it would be no issue. He gave me a price. He said he would have them ready by Friday the following week. This was on a Thursday the week prior. I needed them done for Fathers Day. I went to pick them up Friday and he said he has not worked on them that they were really rough and he didn't think he could get them clean. I asked him why he waited to tell me this now and not when I dropped them off. He offered no explanation. He assured me he would have them done Saturday Afternoon. Called him at Noon Saturday and he said he was leaving early and didn't work on them. I point blank asked him why he would have lied to me Friday and he said he just didn't want to rework them it was too much work for the price...that he set. Bad business , bad customer service, bad experience.
Is that specific enough for you.
I dropped them off at a place in S. Fort Worth and they had it done in 24 hours and they looked awesome.
