All is set for Clayton.  I do not think the Boswell clan will get to go.  Ouray is in 4 months and we've got to save our pennies.  Maybe a turn of fate will allow us to go but right now it is not looking good.

I will still try to get everything together on my end in preparation for the event.

I might have an empty seat clint, still waiting on a buddy from kansas to say if he is going.  If you would like to tag along.

I have started planting the seed. I am working on the financial advisor of our family. It is looking like I might get to go. I am trying real hard. I eaven worked on the yard to earn panty points. And then I even aby sat her sisters kids so they could go run around yesterday. Man this is hard work.

I don't think there is ANY "OscarMeyer" in that rig! especially now, with the hydro asisst! But its true we haven't gotten to see him wheel in quite some time....

MAN!  I havent got to see ME wheel in a long time either...  <HEAVY SIGH>  It definately is NOT the truck, its the driver not having time and not knowing anyone close to go with on a spur of the moment run.  Dont want to go by myself, thats bad mojo!!
Im thinkin end of the month or first of next there is a trip of some folks here local going to Grand Lake spillway.  (aka Disney)  Im gonna try real hard to make that one.  Worst case I will get a small dose of wheelin next month when I go to Missouri for a weekend fishin trip.  Lots of billygoat trails in the Mark Twain NF there!!
Anyways, enough of the offtopic "Taco Talk", yall get back to your wheelin plans.  Ill keep an eye out for the next Clayton run so I can be the first to sign up...

I think I will pass. We were planning on going for the third year in a row but not for $125 when it only cost $20 to get in those places...Why does it keep going up and up?

It is their fund raiser.  I met a customer of mine who is in fwdfwd and invited him to our meeting.  he has a tricked out cj5 and since he became a family man now has a tricked out xj.  He told me a few things about clayton so I asked him to help us out and answer our questions

Thats cool Dave. I just dont understand why it has gone up so much. It is not worth the price they are asking now to me. One thing to remember the trails are underated. If it says a 3 it is a 4+. Most of the trails are LONG and take most of a day Take your lunch and lots of spare parts. I can promise you somebody will need them before you make it back to camp! even the easy ones are bad ass....Jim
