Only thing I lost was my dignity when I slid down that hill...on my backside.

Funny how it seems so easy in 4wd but so awkward when you are trying to walk up or down the same terrain.  I know I have or nearly have busted my rear scouting a trail on foot that then became a piece of cake once I was behind the wheel.  The only saving grace is that usually those with the cameras are waiting for the rigs and are not prepared to capture the amusing 2 leg "hill climb" (ok, rapid descent on the rear)

Yeah, like those basketball sneakers that were all the rage quite a few years ago...with the pump thing on the tongue so you could "air up".  Hmmm, we need to call Nike.

We are so onto something here. It reminds me of my other idea I had long ago. I golf occassionally (I'm terrible) so I always thought it would be awesome if someone made a golf ball with a M/T pattern on it for the "off course" or "adventurous" golfer. Seeing as I usually spend most of my time in the rough. I would buy them lol.

I want to thank everybody who helped me out when that d***ed electrical demon raised its ugly head again on that first real trail we drove. The ignition switch as been replaced and I am working on the wiring for the electric fans to no avail. I will be driving fan-less for awhile, luckily the motor runs real cool so it is no big deal other than having to turn off the A/C compressor when I am sitting still.

I wish I could do some more posting and thanking but work has me covered up so this will have to do.

Once again, THANKS for yawl’s help getting the Taco off the trail, hopefully I will be able to wheel again without this cr**p happening again...

              Later...

Keith - Grateful for good friends like y'all

                Keith,
So the ignition switch didn't fix all the problems?  That stinks!

I got bit by something all over my ankles. They made spots like mosquito bites on steroids. Itchy and oozy... All better now though. Boots next time for sure.

                            Keith,
So the ignition switch didn't fix all the problems?  That stinks!

The ignition switch prolly fixed it, all I need is a steep/rough hill to climb to test it. The fans were messed up so they had to be re-wired which was completed today. Everything seems to be back to normal with the Taco except for the fact that the last two wheeling trips ended too soon. I'll have to take care of that problem soon.

Thanks again to all those who helped me!
