Bridgeport OHV Park

Ok I called the Director of Park Services in Bridgeport to get a status of the OHV park they were supposed to be building since I havent seen anything posted since last year on this. This is the Information I recieved. They have recieved 3 different grants in order to do this park. Construction has not started yet but are planning to start soon they are still trying to figure out how they want this area layed out. It is on an old Rock Quarrey that I used to go play in all the time. (I grew up in that area spent most my life there. Parents Still live there) I asked if there would be any way that the Club would be able to help this process along since it would benifit most of us in the long run anyway. I left the Director over there Ryan Nolting a message and actually spoke with Chris Heasley who is the Recreation Specialist who gave me this information. I also directed Ryan over to our website and asked him that he come register and give us updates on the status of the new park. And ask any Questions from the great people that run this club and are members for assistance in getting this accomplished. Anyone Interested in assisting with this process please let me know. I am going to try and get my foot in over there and see if i can help on this project. I personally think it would be cool to be a part of this.

Bridgeport project, Laura, with TMTC, just stepped in to help get the grant money. TMTC knows how to get the money, lots of experience from the two parks.
