Blood drive for Garrison Rayne Newby.

Lets go wheeling ,and camping . FREE !!! Saturday March 10th -11th . Blood drive to be at ?????? ( rock-city burgers or pizza hut , depending on Carter ) starting at 9:00 am on saturday march 10th . That is a camping weekend at the park ! Ryan with the city of Bridgeport ,Parks and Rec. Dept. has agreed to allow free admission to the park for everyone that donates !!!! Camping included !!! Also Pizza Hut is going to give a free personal pan pizza to everyone that donates !!  I am aware that Mega-run and some other events are are close to the same time as well as spring break , and other stuff too.. I dont want to take away from any clubs events .. I am one of the guys who cant afford the long distance trip right now .  I am trying to put together some entertainment in the form of live music .  
 All donations will be credited to Rayne's account unless you specify to the Carter staff that you would like it to go to another account , to which you must provide the account info . For those who arent aware Rayne is a 14 yr old boy from Millsap who was burned over 90% of his body .

OK Sorry this took me so long Here is the latest update on Rayne. He has now had 8 proceedures done and so far all have taken pretty well. He has lost a couple of fingertips due to the fact that they were to damaged to save. He is doing so well that they are talking about moving him in a few weeks to a special rehab center that is right by the hospital. He has been able to have a few visitors one of which was a gentleman that had also been burned, Rayne was happy to be able to talk to someone who had been there. I spoke with Carter Blood Care today and they say that I need 20 ppl to commit to coming out March the 10th, once I get 20 ppl to commit I will be given the address to the online sign up sheet for those ppl to register online for a specific time slot. This has to happen before our drive will be set in stone. So Please Help us with the great cause it only takes about 15 min to give blood and you will get a weekend of free wheeling at Bridgeport so come on and spread the word!!! Thanks

Im in for sure. I have a few friends looking into coming to wheel with me so ill ask them if they are interested in donating. If they say yes than that will be 4 people including myself willing to help.
Then wheel and camp lol..

gonna be a good time . for those that play bring a guitar for some campfire pickings . Trevor at rock city burgers is a picker too. he has open mic night on saturdays .... just throwing it out there . my son and i will bring our guitars . maybe a washtub bass as well ......

OK Every one I have my 20 confirmed!!! Now that doesnt mean I still dont need people to sign up!!!! This just means that I can let Carter know to make our drive official!!! I will put the link to the online sign up sheet as soon as I get it so you can all go on and schedule your time to give blood this will make things go faster and smoother!!! OK everyone its official the blood drive is scheduled for Sat March the 10th.. Please note they have changed the time on me it is scheduled from 8am till noon. It will be held at Rock City Burgers a special thanks to Trevor for his willingness to help us!! I should have the web sign up by the end of this week. I am looking forward to a great turn out for a great cause!!! See you all there!!!

sway bars (on trails) are lame, lol.. i took the one off my 10 blazer lol. but then again i ran down the torsion keys so that helped on the road lol

trevor at rock city burgers has said something about cooking breakfast . i dont know if that means a full breakfast menu or burrito's or what he has in mind . for those who are interested , this would be a good way of showing some appreciation for him letting us use his place to donate blood and drink beers after wheeling . bring a couple extra dollars ....  for those that dont know trevor , take the time to shake his hand...
