I met a guy last weekend and he knows the owner of the property across from BMRA. He said that he is trying to purchase the park. I dont know why he would say this if some talks havent been done for the purchase of BMRA. That is why I posted the Question. Personally I think the guy is full of ****.

Yea I agree, I think he is full of it. It takes a lot more than one person to run that park and TMTC does a good job.
