3.9, 5.2l, and 5.9l t-body spacer

I'm ditching my Airaid Throttle body spacer because it sit my air filter up higher than i would like this will fit all jeeps and dodges running the 3.9l, 5.2l, or 5.9l magnum v8. I'm asking 40 for it.  You will be getting the spacer and the hardware you will need to get 2 throttle body gaskets from autozone or oreilly.
