2011 Annual Childrens Outing

Hey everyone sorry to announce this event so late, but we just recently recieved the info for it.

For those of you who do not know, this is an event put on at the Fort Worth Anglers Club, it's a great chance to come BS and give some great children a taste of what offroad vehicles are all about.  These boy's and girls are always super excited to get to take a ride in a BIG BAD 4x4 so come show em what you're made of!!  We have been doing this for several years now and we need to make a good showing this year too. 
 
Only a couple of rules,  keep the speed down, have to carry at least two passengers, and no DONUTS!
 
Even the elusive Slyder has been known to make the trip out.

Also- everyone in the vehicle must have a seat belt.

Will we be meeting early at the whataburger at 199 and 730  than convoy there ?    

What time  i plan on making this again but this time i will have a back seat.

Hey will there be any club stickers for sale at this event i have been there twice never think to ask.

A few additional comments...
The two or more passengers is a legal thing, but don't let that stop you from coming out because you only have one passenger seat.  The more rigs we can get out there the more we can attract attention.  The pic that Jeremy posted is a great example.  We had no takers for rides...until we started stacking rigs...then suddenly we had a waiting list with just about every available rig.  The two seaters will be great for stacking and poser shots
 
The "runs" we will be doing will not be anything technical and probably rate about 1/2 diamond, but to the kids you might as well be on DeWoody.
 
The lake is getting low and will start dropping even faster after Sept 1.  Not sure where it will be by mid Sept but the boating and fishing events may be a bit limited.  A good showing by our group will certainaly help fill in the day.

Legal may have been the wrong word.  Not sure if it is a legal issue or an event rule...either way it is what we need to abide by.  The way it was explained to us in the past, being alone in the rig with a single child could open the door to possible accusations of "inappropriate behavior" and stuff like that.  We were told there needed to be at least two adults and one child or one adult and two children in the rig at all times.

Ill be at the deer lease. Dang Ive missed this 3 years in a row. Maybe next year we can get a little bit more notice.

Sorry Roger I was not given notice any earlier, I will try to get updates earlier next year!

I will be there, might be 2wd though while I wait on new axles.
